2011-2012 Soccer Registration

    Late registration for the 2011-2012 Soccer season will be held Wednesday, August 3rd from 6:30pm - 7:30pm at Barro's Pizza, Tatum and Dynamite. Volunteer Recreational Coaches pay the Early fee for players registered.

    Multifamily Discount - $40 per Player Discount after the first TWO players at the regular fee.  To receive the discount all must be registered at the same time.

  • Copy of birth certificate is mandatory
    A new copy will be required this season. Hospital Certificates will NOT be accepted.
  • Medical Insurance Information 
    (Policy Number, Doctor Name and Phone Number)
  • EXACT check or cash for fee

    • Refund Policy:

  • $20 of each registration is non-refundable
  • Remaining fee is 100% refundable through August 31st
  • 50% of fee is refundable until coach notification
  • No refunds after coach notification
  • No refunds accepted after Dec. 31 of the current season

    Special Notes

  • As a result of our rapid growth, we anticipate needing more coaches than normal this season in ALL age groups.  Teams cannot be formed until coaches are in place.  Please sign up at registration to provide our young players the opportunity to play!!
  • The following is included with your registration fee - uniform, pictures (Except U15 and above) and medals for U4-U12 ONLY.
  • NO team request for recreational teams.
  • Developmental and Competitive players must attend player evaluations for the Desert Elite Program.  Teams should be available for U7 through U18.
  • Registration and player evaluation dates will be confirmed on our Hotline, this website and local papers.  These will be your only opportunities to register. Applicable fees will apply.

    • Board Positions Needed to be Filled

    Several Positions may come available as we begin our season.  We would like to be made aware of your interest to become involved with the league.  Please indicate your level of interest on the registration form.  Most positions include FREE family basic registration fees.

    Clarification of Skill Levels

    DFAC offers several levels of soccer commitment.  These are summarized below to help fill out your registration.

    Recreational - Includes all U4 Soccer Tots, U6 Co-ed, U7/U8, U9/U10 and U11/U12 teams.  Main focus is on fun while learning the sport.  Players do not attend Skill Evaluations and all teams play in our internal DFAC league.  An attempt is made to play everyone equally.  U4/U6 Friday or Saturday Play Days, U8-U12 teams have one practice a week, games on Saturdays. Season begins in September and runs into December.

    Developmental - For players who have a greater commitment to soccer for players U7 and above.  There will typically be 2 practices per week, all teams play in a local Valley League, usually 2 or more weekends dedicated to tournaments and additional fees for training and tournaments depending on the coach.  The intent is for everyone to play half the game.  Season runs through January or early February.  All teams play as part of our Desert Elite Program.

    Competitive/Premiere - Our highest level of play for players U11 and above; usually one team per division.  Includes multiple practices per week, additional fees for coaching/training/tournaments/equipment and playing time is dependent on coach.   Typically 5 or more weekends dedicated to tournaments.  Season could run into March/April.  Out-of-State travel is possible for our most advanced teams.  All teams play as part of our Desert Elite Program.
