Coaches, PLEASE encourage parents, grandparents, other coaches to give positive reinforcement to the kids while playing on the courts. We've been hearing some comments that may not be quite appropriate and would ask that we remember we are their role models. It is very important as coaches that we offer encouraging words not only to our players but to other team's player's as well during the games and after. Not only do they look up to their own coaches but to other coaches as well.This is a recreational league and the purpose of DFAC Basketball is to provide training in the sport of basketball in an atmosphere of good sportsmanship and fair play with an equal opportunity for growth of individual skills, team play and the true enjoyment of playing basketball.
